Mark Burr maintains a broad-based transactional practice, representing all types of clients in commercial real estate matters.
BIOGRAPHY
Mark started as a bankruptcy attorney in Dallas, Texas in 1989. Shortly thereafter, he then spent nearly four years practicing and learning commercial real estate law in house at an insurance company in Birmingham, Alabama. With that experience, and after a short stint at a title insurance company, Mark began the private practice of law in Atlanta with two law firms before deciding to start his own practice in 2003.
PRACTICE FOCUS
Since 2003, Mark has and continues to represent lending institutions, real estate developers, landlords, and end users in all types of commercial real estate transactions. He also handles typical matters of formation and corporate governance for small business owners.
